When it comes to the term Indie Band over the last five years or so I've normally lost interest before I've even heard a note. That is when it comes to UK Indie, that's certainly not been the case worldwide with the US in particular producing some great stuff just below, and occasionally alongside, the radar in the current period. Walk Off The Earth are a Canadian five piece writing some decent tunes of their own and seen below covering the Goyte song 'Somebody That I Used To Know'. It's a brilliant little film, featuring the whole band playing and singing around one guitar becoming one of those online hits that makes you realise what a wonderful attention grabbing tool for the real talent out there the internet really is.
